Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are only useful for statistics.
2. Cookies on this site
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| novomatica_consent | Novomatica | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask on every page | Essential | 13 months |
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visitors for statistics | Analytics, only with consent | 13 months |
| _ga_CJEYQENQB5 | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps the analytics session state for this site | Analytics, only with consent | 13 months |
3. Other technologies
| Name | Provided by | Purpose | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| novomatica_currency (local storage) | Novomatica | Remembers which currency the site shows you. Contains no personal data | Essential |
| Turnstile | Cloudflare | Checks that the contact form is sent by a person and not a bot. It processes your IP address and browser signals and does not set cookies on our domain | Essential |
We do not use advertising, profiling or social-media cookies, and we do not sell data to anyone.
4. Essential and optional
Essential cookies and technologies are needed for the site and the contact form to work securely. They do not need your consent, but we tell you about them.
Optional cookies are the analytics ones. They run only with your consent, given in the banner. If you refuse them, the whole site still works.
5. Consent
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept all, reject everything optional or choose per category. Analytics cookies are not set before you accept. Your choice is stored for 13 months, after which we ask again.
To change or withdraw your consent at any time, open Cookie settings in the footer of the site and choose again. When you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and delete the analytics cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful.
6. Google Analytics
Analytics shows us how many people visited, which pages they read and roughly where they came from. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. We have turned off Google Signals and advertising features and do not share analytics data with Google for marketing. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Google acts as our processor. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details are in our Privacy Policy and Sub-processor List, and in Google’s own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all have a privacy or cookies section. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
8. Changes
If we add or remove cookies, we update this page and its date before the change goes live.
